Candidates for whom the seats are allotted must download the seat allotment letter by November 29, 2025, and report at the allotted colleges from December 1 to 5, 2025. Go to the official DMET UP website at upneet.gov.in.
On the homepage, look for the "Notification" section and find the link that says UP NEET PG Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2025.
A new window will appear. Enter your login credentials, such as your application number, NEET PG roll number, and password.
The NEET PG 2025 Round 1 seat allotment status will be displayed on the screen.
Save and download the allotment list PDF and save it for future reference.

The seat allotment letter is a mandatory document for the admission process. Candidates must download and print it from the official website during November 27 to 29, 2025.

Candidates must carry all the original documents along with two sets of photocopies for verification at the time of reporting.
Candidates who accept the seat in UP NEET PG Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2025 but wish to be considered for a better college or course in subsequent rounds can choose the 'upgradation' option.
