The important instructions related to TN NEET PG Counselling 2025 Registration are given below.

• To be eligible for the Tamil Nadu state quota, a candidate must have qualified for the NEET PG 2025 exam and meet the minimum cut-off percentile. General Category candidates must have 276 marks (50th percentile), SC/ST/OBC Category students must have 235 marks (40th percentile), and General-PwD Category students must have 255 marks (45th percentile). 
• Also, to apply for the TN NEET PG Round 1 Registration 2025, candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree from a college recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
• Candidates who have completed their compulsory rotating residential internship (CRRI) by the deadline specified in the bulletin can apply for the TN NEET PG Phase 1 Registration 2025.
• Candidates who obtained their MBBS degree from a university other than the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University must have an Eligibility Certificate from the university. 
• A non-refundable application fee of INR 5,000 must be paid during registration, along with an additional INR 1,000 for the counselling process.
