Rajasthan School Holiday 5 August 2024: The state of Rajasthan received heavy rainfall in the last few days and some of the districts in the state have been severely impacted. On Sunday, the districts of Kota, Baran and Jhalawar were under red alert and the 11 other districts were under orange alert. In the view of heavy rainfall in the state, as per the forecast by the IMD, the various district administrations may announce that the schools will remain shut on August 5 for the safety of the students.
