In response to the post, the Press Information Bureau notified that the news is fake and requested the test takers to not believe in such rumours. Through the notification, PIB prevented the dissemination of misleading information to candidates who have been preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for PG(NEET PG). NEET PG 2025 Exam Date Postponement Rumors Declined

An X post caught the attention of many aspirants preparing for NEET PG, which is to be held on June 15, 2025. The post shared a fake notification stating that the medical examination has been cancelled and postponed to August 17, 2025. However, the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences(NBMES) hasn't updated any such change of exam date notification on their official website.

Looking at the confusion and unnecessary spread of rumours among the candidates, PIB declined NEET PG exam date postponement rumours. The bureau has shared a notification claiming the news to be fake. They further advised the candidates to, before believing any rumours, they must visit the natboard.edu website for authentic information. 

NEET PG 2025 Exam Date

According to the NBEMS official notification, the NEET PG 2025 exam is scheduled for June 15, 2025, across designated exam centres. The entrance will be conducted in two shifts on a computer-based platform. NBEMS will soon share a detailed information bulletin on their website to help candidates stay informed on various updates of the exam.
