The IAF Agniveervayu Medical Standard Criteria 2024 for male and female candidates are as follows:

Male: Chest wall-Well Proportioned and Well Developed; Chest circumference-77 cms; Chest expansion- At least 05 cms Female: Chest wall-Well Proportioned and Well Developed; Chest Expansion- At least 05 cms |
| Hearing | The candidates should have normal hearing, which means they should be able to hear forced whispers from a distance of 6 metres by each ear separately. |
| Dental | The candidates should have healthy gums with good teeth and a minimum of 14 dental points. |
| Gender | Candidates who predominantly had characteristics of the opposite gender or had a gender reassignment surgery will be declared unfit for recruitment. |
| Pregnancy | Candidates who will be found pregnant during the recruitment procedure will be declared unfit. |
