Before applying for the registration for the STET exam, the candidates must check and fulfill all the Bihar STET Eligibility Criteria 2024. The Bihar School and Examination Board (BSEB) has set the criteria for both papers 1 and 2.

Bihar STET Eligibility Criteria 2024

For the STET Bihar Eligibility Criteria 2024, the candidates should be Indian citizens and must be between the age limit of 21-40 years. Candidates who want to check the subject-wise and paper-wise eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualifications can refer to the information below.

For Paper 1, there are seven subjects, namely, English, Urdu, Sanskrit, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Science, and Science. For educational qualifications, candidates can check the following Bihar STET Eligibility Criteria 2024 below:

• English: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in English and a B.Ed. Degree.
• Hindi: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Hindi and a B.Ed. Degree.
• Sanskrit: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Sanskrit and a B.Ed. Degree.
• Urdu: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Urdu and a B.Ed. Degree.
• Science: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in either Botany/ Zoology/ Chemistry and a B.Ed. Degree.
• Mathematics: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in either Mathematics/ Physics/Chemistry and a B.Ed. Degree.
• Social Science: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in either History/ Geography/ Economics/ Political Science and a B.Ed. Degree.

Candidates who are interested in appearing for Paper 2 have a Bachelor's degree in the respective subject for which they want to appear in the STET Bihar 2024. The subjects available in the Bihar STET Paper 2 are English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, and Computer Science. For Computer Science, candidates must refer to the official notification of the exam.

The candidates must ensure they submit the Bihar STET Form 2024 before the last date of registration, i.e., Jan 07, 2024.
