AP POLYCET Counselling Registration 2025: The Stet Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Andhra Pradesh, begins the AP POLYCET Counselling process today, June 20, 2025. Qualified candidates can apply for the counselling by visiting the official website - appolycet.nic.in. The last date to complete the AP POLYCET Counselling Registration 2025 is June 27, 2025. The AP POLYCET Counselling 2025 process includes registration, fee payment, document verification, web options entry, seat allotment, admission and college reporting. Candidates who have secured a cutoff in the Polytechnic Common Entrance Test can take part in the AP POLYCET Counselling 2025.

Important Instructions for AP POLYCET Counselling Registration 2025

Here are the instructions to complete the AP POLYCET Counselling Registration 2025:

• Visit the official website - polycet.ap.gov.in
• Click on the pay fee online button.
• Enter the hall ticket number, rank, and captcha.
• The payment gateway will appear on the screen.
• Select the option through which the candidate wants to pay and execute the payment.
• On successful transactions, the candidate will receive the payment receipt via SMS on their phone.
• Now, visit the nearest HLC (Helpline Centre) with the original and 2 seats of Xerox copies of the required documents.
• Submit the fee receipt and collect the AP POLYCET Counselling Registration-Cum-Verification form. 
• Arrange the original and xerox of the document in the order mentioned in the form. 
• Candidates are instructed not to write anything on the Registration-Cum-Verification form.
• After their name is announced, the candidate will report to the verification counter for certificate verification. 
• After document verification, candidates will proceed with the choice-filling process. For this, candidates have to take the Manual option form and fill in the district code, Polytechnic code and course code they wish to join in the order of preference against the option number.
• Candidates can exercise the college options from the web. Visit the official website and generate a password using ICR Form No, APPOLYCET Hall ticket Number,  Rank, and Date of Birth.
• After generating a password, candidates must re-enter the password and click on the save password button.
• If the details entered are successful, the AP POLYCET Counselling Registration 2025 will be completed successfully.
• After this, candidates can log in again and proceed to complete the web options entry process. 

‘It is important to note that all candidates from 1st Rank to last must complete the payment of processing fee by June 27, 2025. The OC/BC category candidates should pay Rs 700 and SC/ST candidates must pay Rs 250. Further, the Certification verification for SC/ST/BC/OC/Minorities is scheduled from June 21 to 28, 2025, and the Certification verification for PH, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, and Anglo-Indian Categories is scheduled from June 25 to 28, 2025.
