UP NEET PG Round 1 Registration 2025: The Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has published the online registration for the National Eligibility Entrance Test PG today, November 6, 2025. Candidates who have qualified NEET PG can register on the online portal using the required details. Before applying for counselling, candidates are requested to review the eligibility parameters. 

Students hailing from outside Uttar Pradesh can secure admission only in private medical and dental colleges. For registration, aspirants should log in to the portal using their NEET roll number and email ID. After filling in basic details, a fee of Rs 3,000 should be paid using an online payment gateway.
