UP NEET PG 2025 Seat Allotment Result Round 1: The Directorate of Medical Education, Uttar Pradesh, has released the seat allotment result for Round 1 MD/MS courses today, November 26, 2025. Candidates can check the seat status by logging in to the online portal using their application number and other details. Allotments have been made based on NEET rank, reservation criteria, seat matrix, and filled preferences.

Reporting Rules for UP NEET PG Seat Allotment 2025
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 UP NEET PG 2025 seat allotment can check the following rules regarding reporting here:
- The allotment result must be downloaded for the login portal. We suggest candidates take a printout of the allotment letter as it will be required during reporting.
- If a candidate fails to report to the respective institute by the deadline, their allotment will be cancelled and offered to any eligible candidate.
- Candidates not satisfied with their allotment can opt for an upgrade. For upgradation, candidates must fill fresh choices.
- Those not interested in taking admission to the allotted seat, such candidates can take a free exit. They won’t be allowed to join any further rounds of counselling.
Candidates should report to the respective college with the required documents between December 1 and 5, 2025.
