According to the official notification, the TNEA Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2024 Date and Time is August 1, 2024, before 10:00 AM. Candidates need their login ID and password to check their TNEA Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2024. The seat allotment will be based on the choice-filling and rank of the candidate.

What’s Next After The TNEA Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2024 

Candidates securing seats shall confirm the tentative TNEA Round 1 Seat Allotment between August 1, 2024 (10:00 AM) and August 2, 2024 (5:00 PM). Further, candidates securing seats in the  TNEA Round 1 Seat Allotment 2024 will have the following confirmation options:

1. Accept and Join: This option is for those candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat and want to report to the college.
2. Accept and Upward: Candidates who are satisfied with the seat allotted but wish to wait for allotment in the higher order of their preference.
3. Decline and Upward: Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seat, therefore, decline the allotment but prefer to wait for a higher allotment from their choice and thus ensure upward movement.
4. Decline and move to the next round: It is for those candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seat and also don’t wish for an upward movement and want to participate in the next round.
5. Decline and Quit: Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seats and do not wish to participate in subsequent rounds.
6. Upward or move to the next round: If ‘no seat’ is allotted to the candidate based on all the choices, such candidates can opt for upward movement.

Further, the provisional allotment for accept and join and Accept and Upward movement will be released on August 3, 2024.
