A red alert has been issued for Alluri Sitarama Raju, East Godavari, West Godavari, and Eluru districts, where very heavy rainfall is expected.
An orange alert is in place for Srikakulam, Parvathipuram Manyam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, and Krishna districts.
