NEET PG Exam 2025: On August 3, 2025, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is ready to hold the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 test for medical candidates. NEET PG 2025 examination will be held in the form of computer-based testing for the students with 200 multiple-choice questions to be answered within a total time of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates are informed that there will be negative marking for incorrect answers, with one mark being deducted for each wrong choice made.
NBE has introduced a sectional time limit system, compartmentalizing the exam into five separate time-allotted sections. In this arrangement, candidates have to answer each section within its allotted time and cannot move to the next section until the time for the current section has run out. This avoids the possibility of candidates picking questions from various sections based on their choice and makes serial movement through the exam pattern mandatory.
