- Verify all details in the merit list, including your name, category, NEET PG roll number, All India Rank (AIR), and State Rank.
- Any errors or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) authorities by November 7, 2025.
- The MP NEET PG Merit List 2025 released is provisional. The final list will be published after considering any objections raised.
- Candidates whose names appear in the merit list are eligible for the choice filling process (web options entry).
- The seat allotment results for Round 1 will be declared on November 13, 2025.
- If a seat is allotted, download the allotment letter from the official website.
Candidates whose names appear in the merit list are eligible to fill and lock their preferred colleges and courses online from November 9, 2025, to November 11, 2025.
