Candidates can check the CAT 2024 IIM ABC Selection Process below.

1. It is important to meet the minimum sectional and overall CAT cut-off for IIM Bangalore for the candidates to be considered eligible for future rounds of selection. The qualifying criteria for IIM A, B, and C is 85 and the final cutoff is 98+ for the general category candidates. The ST, SC, PwD, and other candidates can expect calls for admission with lower percentile also. 
2. The Calculation of Composite (CAT Scores + Profile) is done after filtering out the candidates who do not meet the minimum cut-offs. The conducting authorities evaluate them based on their CAT 2024 performance as well as their profiles.
3. After that, a candidate's composite score is calculated to shortlist them for the Academic Writing Test and Personal Interview round.
4. Subsequently, the authorities conduct two rounds to shortlist for the AWT-PI round. In Round 1, the top 5% from each of the academic categories (AC) are shortlisted based on their composite scores. In Round 2, an additional number of candidates will be shortlisted for AWT & PI based on the composite score as they need to meet the minimum cut-off set by the officials for the average of your 10th and 12th marks.
5. Finally, IIMs A, B, and C will generate a new composite score based on the candidate's performance to make the final decision.

Candidates calculate the Compose score by the formula: CS = ARF_CS* Normalised AR Score+ CATF_CS* Normalised overall score in CAT. For the composite score, the application rating multiplication factor (ARF_CS) = 0.35. In addition, for the composite score, the CAT multiplication factor (CATF_CS) is 0.65.
