AFCAT 1 Result 2026: The IAF will release the AFCAT 1 2026 Result by the end of February or in early March 2026 for the exam conducted on January 31, 2026. Students can enter their email id and password to check the AFCAT result. The AFCAT exam cutoff will also be released alongside the results. Based on the results, students will be selected for the AFSB selection.

AFSB Selection Process 2026

Once the AFCAT 1 Results are announced, candidates who get selected must follow the below given steps for the AFSB 2026 Selection Process.

Go back to the official website and participate in the AFSB selection process.
The AFCAT selection process consists of an online test and an interview.
Those who qualify for the online test are called for the personal interview.
You have to choose your preferred interview centre from Dehradun, Mysuru, or Varanasi.
Once your spot is secured, you can download the AFSB call letter. It is like an entry pass which contains a checklist of important documents.

The next part is the 5-day selection process. The first stage is screening. It involves Intelligence Rating tests and Picture Perception discussions. If you are screened out, your journey ends here; if you are screened it you will move to stage 2, which consists of Psychological Tests. If you clear this, you will be moving to stages 3 & 4, which are GTO Tasks. If you clear the GTO tasks, you will be called for the final board conference with all officers.
