XAT 2026 Exam Day Instructions: Xaviers Aptitude Test has been scheduled for January 4, 2026, in a computer-based mode. This year, around 1.4 lakh candidates have registered for the management entrance. The test takers are advised to access their admit card, which is available on the online portal, before the exam begins. An admit card is a mandatory document that candidates must carry to the exam center for verification.
On the exam day, it is suggested to maintain discipline and a proper code of conduct. Though no dress code is specified by the authority, however, candidates should wear decent, comfortable clothes for a smooth frisking process. - The candidates should arrive at the exam centre at least 50 minutes before the reporting time. It will help you stay away from any last-minute hassle.
- It is essential to bring a printed copy of the admit cards and a valid identity proof for verification at the exam centre. Anyone without an admit card will not be allowed to take the entrance exam.
- Candidates are requested to wear comfortable clothes, and it is advisable to avoid dresses with heavy embroidery or multiple pockets.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile phones, tablets, or any other restricted items inside the exam hall.
- Nobody will be allowed to leave the exam hall before the conclusion of the exam.
