Will NEET UG 2025 Cutoff Drop?

Several major factors might contribute to a decline in the cutoff of NEET UG 2025.

1. Difficult Questions in Physics Sections: The physics questions increased the difficulty level of the paper. In fact, according to one student’s review, they dropped several Physics questions to save time and negative marking. 
2. No Section B: There was no section B this year. As a result, there was no option of attempting 5 questions from each subject, and therefore, there were only 180 questions and candidates needed to attempt all. 
3. Decrease Time: Because section B was removed and there were only 180 questions as compared to 200 last year, the authorities have deducted the overall time by 20 minutes. Students were given 3 hours to complete their answers instead of 3 hours 20 minutes. 

Apart from these, the total number of seats available will also affect the NEET UG Cutoff 2025.
