CLAT 2025 Round 1 Allotment: The Consortium of National Law Universities has been directed by the Delhi High Court to revisit the CLAT merit list. Therefore there is a probability of getting the CLAT 2025 Round 1 Allotment delayed due to the High Court judgement. The DHC has emphasized the need to revise the merit list as they consider many of the responses mentioned in the CLAT 2025 final answer key as incorrect. As Justice Singh believes that ignoring these errors would lead to wrongful marking and injustice, the authorities have been instructed to extend the revised marking scheme to all the candidates. CLAT 2025 Final Answer Key: Errors and Discrepancies

A few of the errors and discrepancies in the CLAT 2025 final answer key have been highlighted below.

In question number 14, Justice Jyoti Singh agreed with the petitioner's claim and the expert committee’s assessment that option “C” is the correct answer.
In question number 100, the court directed that the question be excluded from evaluation upon accepting the expert committee's suggestion that the question cited blatant errors rendering it invalid.
Questions 37, 67, 57, 89, and 102 have been disputed for review for the reassessment of the petitioner’s rank and marks.

The CLAT 2025 Merit list was issued on December 7, 2024, and to represent the errors, DHC submitted the discrepancies found on December 9, 2024. Along with that, they further extended their demands for the formation of a grievance redressal Commission so that it becomes easier to address the candidate's grievances. Additionally, the media reports have claimed that the CLAT authorities are consulting legal experts to determine what their course of action should be.
