UPSC Prelims Exam 2024: Manipuri Candidates to Have Option to Change Exam Centers

UPSC Prelims Exam 2024: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has made some changes regarding the exam centers for Manipuri Candidates in the UPSC Prelims Exam 2024.

Manipuri candidates who had initially opted for the Imphal (Manipur) center can now choose from any of the 80 notified centers for the examination. An official notice released by the authority reads, "Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024, is to be held on 16t June 2024 across the country, including Imphal Centre. In pursuance of the order dated 28/03/2024 of the Honble Delhi High Court in W.P.(C) No. 3805/2024, the Commission has decided that the candidates who have opted Imphal (Manipur)' Centre, can choose any of the 80 notified Centres of the said Examination".

From Apr 8 to Apr 19, 2024, students can opt to change their exam centers through various methods, including the UPSC website, toll-free helpline number, or email. Notifications regarding exam centre changes will be sent via email and SMS to all affected students. This adjustment aims to facilitate aspirants and ensure a seamless conduct of the UPSC Prelims Exam 2024 nationwide on Jun 16, 2024. Manipuri candidates are encouraged to use this opportunity within the deadline.
