The candidates can follow the steps below to apply for the National Defence Academy 1 Exam:

1. Visit the official website, upsc.gov.in.
2. On the UPSC home page, search for the 'What's News' section on the right-hand side.
3. Select the UPSC NDA Registration Window 2024 link available.
4. Register in the OTR portal to apply for the NDA 1 exam.
5. Fill out the UPSC NDA Registration Form with all the required information.
6. Pay the registration fees for the NDA 1 exam.
