UP NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment 2025: The Department of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, will release the Round 3 seat allotment for MBBS/BDS on October 29, 2025. Registered candidates who have filled choices for courses and colleges are only considered for the allotment. The allotment result link is expected to be activated by 3 PM. For any delays due to unavoidable circumstances, it can be released by 8 PM.
The seat allotment list will contain the candidate’s name, roll number, NEET rank, course name, and allotted college name. Candidates who have been included in the allotment list should complete the reporting formalities. We have provided the release date and time of UP NEET UG Round 3 here.

Allotted candidates must download and take a printout of UP NEET UG allotment result 2025 by logging in to the online portal. To confirm the seat, it is mandatory to pay the fee and report to the allotted college with the required documents.
