List of Documents Required After UHSR CET Seat Allotment Result 2025
After the declaration of UHSR CET final allotment result 2025, candidates have to pay the fee and report to the allotted institute with the following documents:
- Pass Certificate of class 10 and 12
- Three copies of a recent photograph
- Residence certificate
- Printout of the application form
- CET result
- Aadhar card/PAN card/Voter card
- Appointment letter from the hospital(only for PG students)
- Caste certificate(if applicable)
- Income certificate(if applicable)
Allotted candidates are required to pay the requisite fee using any online payment method and complete the certification verification process by visiting the university campus between October 28 and 31, 2025.
