UGC NET Application Form 2024 Expected Next Week: Exams to Be Held in June

UGC NET Application Form 2024: The University Grants Commission of National Testing Agency will soon start the application submission window for UGC NET 2024 registration in the coming week on its official website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who wish to fill out the UGC NET Application Form 2024 for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) can do so once the link is active on the portal.

The UGC NET 2024 exam is conducted twice a year in an online Computer-Based Test mode. The UGC NET Exam 2024 is scheduled to be held on Jun 10 - Jun 21, 2024.

UGC NET Application Form 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria given below before filling out the UGC NET 2024 application form.

• Nationality: Candidates must be note that they must be of Indian Nationality only.
• Age Limit
  • For candidates applying for the JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) posts, the maximum age limit is 30 years.
  • There is no minimum age limit for the Assistant Professor posts.
  • Candidates must note that the age relaxation of 5 years is given for the reserved category students.
• Educational Qualifications: Candidates applying for these posts must have completed their master's degree in any field from a recognised university.
• Moreover, a relaxation of 5% is given in educational qualification for reserved category students.
