TS TET 2025: Govt provides fee exemption to TET May 2024 registration candidates

TS TET 2025: The application process for the November session of the Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test II is currently ongoing on the official TG-TET through the Telangana Department of School Education. Candidates must complete the application process before the last date. It should be noted that the directive of the Chief Minister has stated in an official notification that candidates who applied for the TG TET May/June 2024 exam but did not qualify, as well as those who qualified but want to improve their scores, are exempted from paying the TS TET 2025 exam fee.

To get fee exemption, candidates must use the same Aadhaar number as in TS TET 2024 and obtain a new journal number through the 'Fee Payment' option to apply for the exam. On receipt of the online fee payment, the candidate shall be issued a ‘Journal Number’ with which she/he can proceed with the submission of the TS TET 2025 - II application online. The issue of a journal number does not mean that the candidate has completed the online application process. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.

TS TET 2025: Fee Exemption for May 2024 Session Candidates

Candidates can review the important fee information below for both new and previously registered candidates for the May 2024 session:

• If a candidate is just appearing for one exam (i.e., paper I or Paper II), they must pay the TG-TET registration fee of INR 750 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty) or INR 1000 (Rupees One Thousand) if they are appearing for both papers (i.e., Paper I and Paper II). 
• One who has applied for TGTET-2024 held in May/June 2024, but is not qualified, and those who are qualified but want to improve their scores now are not required to pay the fee again.
• Fee should be paid through Online payment options provided on the website- schooledu.telangana.gov.in.
• Applicants have to pay the fee before November 20, 2024, for submission of the application Online.
