- Memorandum of marks for SSC or equivalent, Intermediate or equivalent and qualifying examination

- Study certificates from 5th class to Graduation
- Residence certificate
- Residence Certificate or Employer Certificate ( for non local candidates
- Transfer Certificate
- Latest Integrated community certificate
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Reservation certificate
- Latest Parental Income certificate
- SSC “TC” containing Minority status for christian and muslim candidates
- Aadhar Card or any other valid I.D. proof.
