Telangana Medical College Update 2024: Government to Add 4 More Medical College
According to the order from the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare, four new medical colleges will be added to the Telangana Medical College Update 2024 in the state of Telangana.
Telangana Medical College Update 2024: In a significant increase to healthcare infrastructure, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has granted a new Telangana 2024 Medical College Update. According to the permission, there will be a new establishment of four new government medical colleges in Telangana. This brings the total number of government medical colleges in the state to 34, offering a combined intake of 4,090 MBBS students. The newly approved medical colleges are located in Yadadri Bhongir, Medak, Maheshwaram, and Quthbullapur.
According to the Telangana Medical College Update 2024, each college will have an annual intake of 50 MBBS students, adding 200 additional seats to the state's medical education capacity. Following necessary infrastructure enhancements and personnel adjustments, the Telangana government successfully addressed the deficiencies and secured approval for the establishment of the four new medical colleges.

After the release of this update, there will be a rise in the admission of MBBS students. Previously, the number of admissions was lower. Now, according to Telangana Medical College Update 2024, every new college will have a yearly intake of 50 MBBS students. As four new colleges are introduced, there will be a total of 200 seats for state medical education capacity.
