RRB ALP Official Notification 2024 Released: Application Window Opens Tomorrow for 5696 Vacancies

RRB ALP Official Notification 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the official notification for the recruitment of the Assistant Loco Pilot posts. As per the RRB ALP Official Notification 2024, candidates can apply for the recruitment to the 5696 vacancies starting tomorrow, Jan 20. The RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 Last Date to Apply will be on Feb 19.

RRB ALP Official Notification 2024: Check Eligibility Criteria

The RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Eligibility Criteria is given below:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Candidates must have completed one of the following: Matriculation / SSLC, ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trades of Armature and Coil Winder / Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Fitter / Heat Engine / Instrument Mechanic / Machinist / Mechanic Diesel / Mechanic Motor Vehicle / Millwright Maintenance Mechanic / Mechanic Radio & TV / Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Turner / Wireman
    OR
    Matriculation / SSLC, Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades mentioned above
    OR 
    Completed 3 years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile Engineering
    OR
    Completed a combination of various streams of these Engineering disciplines
    OR
    Candidates with an Engineering degree in the disciplines mentioned above can also apply.
• Age Limit:
  • Lower Age Limit: 18 years
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years

Note: Relaxation in age limit is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

RRB ALP Official Notification 2024: Selection Process for Recruitment

As per the RRB ALP Official Notification 2024, the selection process for the recruitment will consist of the following phases:

• CBT I
• CBT II
• Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
• Document Verification
