The important instructions related to NEET UG 2025 Round 3 Seat Allotment Result are given below.

If you have a seat allotted, downlaod the allotment letter which is a mandatory document for reporting to the allotted college.
You must physically report to your assigned institution between October 19 to 27, 2025. Failure to report by the deadline will result in the cancellation of your allotted seat and the forfeiture of your counseling fees.
At the time of reporting, you must carry all the original documents required for admission and verification.
The prescribed admission fee must be paid at the allotted college to confirm your seat.
If you were not allotted a seat in Round 3, you should wait for the upcoming Stray Vacancy Round.
If you wish to resign from a previously allotted Round 1 or Round 2 seat, you must do so before the declaration of the Round 3 results to remain eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round. Resigning after the Round 3 results are published makes you ineligible for further counseling rounds.
