The last date for the NEET UG Round 1 Choice Filling 2025 is July 28, 2025. The important instructions related to NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Choice Filling are given below.

Candidates must go through the list of colleges and courses available for Round 1 based on the NEET Seat Matrix 2025 released by the National Medical Council (NMC). This includes seats under the 15% All India Quota, deemed universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, etc.
Candidates are advised to select their preferred colleges and courses and arrange them in descending order of preference. Candidates can add, delete, or rearrange choices before locking them. Choice locking will be enabled on July 28, 2025, from 4 PM to 11:55 PM.
It is mandatory to lock the choices before the deadline. Failing to lock the choices will automatically lock the last saved preferences.
Download and save a copy of the locked choices for future reference.
