NEET UG Re-exam 2024 for 1563 Students to be Held Today, Jun 23: Check Important Details

NEET UG Re-exam 2024: The National Testing Agency will conduct the NEET Re-exam 2024 for the UG program for 1,563 candidates today, Jun 23, 2024 (2 PM to 5:30 PM), across different examination centers in India. Candidates can download the admit card for the NEET UG Re-exam 2024 from the official portal.

The NEET UG Re-exam 2024 results will be announced on Jun 30, 2024. Six candidates scored 720 out of 720, while two others scored 718 and 719 as compensatory marks for the exam originally held on May 5, 2024.

The NTA explained that candidates who got the grace marks received incorrect question papers, and some had torn OMR sheets, reducing their available exam time. Hence, compensatory marks were given to these 1,563 candidates for the lost time

The issue was brought before the Supreme Court, leading to the cancellation of the grace marks and the decision to conduct the re-exam. Aspirants who opt not to retake the re-examination will have their results based on their actual scores, without compensation or grace marks.
