NEET MDS Application Form 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will be activating the link for the NEET MDS application process today, February 18, 2025 at 3 PM. The candidates must go through the eligibility criteria and ensure that they meet the requirements to apply for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS). Note that the NEET MDS 2025 exam was originally scheduled for January 31, 2025, however, it has now been postponed to April 19, 2025. Candidates must follow the step-by-step instructions below to register through the NEET MDS Application Form 2025:

1. First, visit the official website of NBE.
2. Once on the homepage, click the “NEET MDS registration” link.
3. Then, generate the login credentials: Application Number and Password.
4. Now, enter the generated credentials.
5. Next, fill in the required details in the NEET MDS application form.
6. After that, upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
7. Finally, pay the NEET MDS registration fee.
8. Last, save and download the NEET MDS application form 2025 and take a printout for future reference.

The NEET MDS application form 2025 has been released online; therefore, the candidates have to submit it there. The authorities will not accept any offline or other mode of application to participate in the examination process.
