NEET 2024 Application Form Date to Be Announced Soon: Documents Required for Application

NEET 2024 Application Form Date: National Testing Agency will soon activate the NEET Registration 2024 window for application submission on its official website at neet.nta.nic.in. Interested and eligible candidates can fill out the application form once the link is active on the portal. The NEET 2024 application form date is yet to be announced.

As per the reports, the NEET 2024 registration date will be 4th week of Jan 2024. Candidates are advised to check the revised NEET UG 2024 eligibility criteria before filling out the application form.

Documents Required for NEET 2024 Application Form

Candidates are advised to keep the below-mentioned documents ready and handy before filling out the application form to avoid any rush.

• A valid photo ID proof for verification purposes (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, etc.)
• Passport-sized Photographs
• A scanned image of the signature of the candidate
• Scanned image of left-hand thumb impression
• Educational Certificates
• EWS Certificate (if required)
• Category Certificate (if needed)
• Self-Declaration Form
• PwD Certificate (if needed)
