• Those who signed up during Round 2 but failed to complete the Status Confirmation Form.
• Registered candidates who participated in Round 1 and Round 2 but did not get any seat allotted in either round.
• Registered candidates whose seats in the previous round were canceled during document verification because of invalid or incorrect allegations but who are otherwise eligible and have correct claims.
• Candidates whose seats were canceled due to invalid claims will not be eligible for selection in the first round. They will only be eligible for seats available in later rounds if their claims are valid.
