Maharashtra NEET UG Round 3 Selection List 2025: The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra has scheduled to release the selection list of the Maharashtra NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2025 on October 17, 2025. The Maharashtra NEET UG Round 3 Selection List 2025 is the official list of candidates provisionally allotted MBBS and BDS seats during the third round of state-level Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2025. The Round 3 selection list includes all successful candidates and their assigned colleges for the 2025–26 academic year.

After the seat allotment result is declared on October 17, download your provisional allotment letter from the official website.
Report to your allotted college in person between October 18 and October 26, 2025. Failure to report by the deadline will result in the cancellation of your seat and forfeiture of your fees.
Carry all the original documents, along with attested photocopies, for verification.
Pay the prescribed tuition and other fees at the college to confirm your admission.
Candidates who join a seat in Round 3 are not permitted to resign. This locks them into the college and they cannot participate in any subsequent counseling rounds, including the stray vacancy round.
Candidates who joined a seat in Round 2 and opt for an upgrade must obtain a relieving letter from their Round 2 college to join their Round 3 allotted seat.
