Maharashtra DSE CAP Round 2 Seat Allotment 2025: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has declared the second seat allotment result for Direct Second Year Engineering courses today, August 14, 2025. Candidates who have filled out the course and college preferences by August 12 are only considered for seat allocation. Besides filled choices, other factors that determine seat allotment include seat availability, merit rank, and reservation policy.

Candidates can review these important guidelines concerning Maharashtra Round 1 allotment 2025 for DSE here:

• The seat allotment letter won't be sent individually to selected students. Hence, it must be downloaded from the official website only.
• Candidates allotted status shall self-verify the details mentioned on the allotment letter before accepting their seat. 
• Seta acceptance fee must be paid using the online payment gateway within the deadline; otherwise seat won’t be confirmed.
• Those not satisfied with their seat shall choose the non-freeze/betterment option to upgrade their choices to get better offers in the next round.
• Candidates who have freezed their options and paid fees won’t be allowed to participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling.

It is essential to visit the allotted college with all the original documents for verification between August 16 and 18 till 3 PM.
