Since Round 3 is the final CAP round, there is no "betterment" option available. Candidates who are not satisfied with their allocation have the following options:

Cancel admission and participate in the institutional round: If you were allotted a seat in Round 3 but wish to explore other options, you must cancel your admission through the college login. Only after cancelling can you participate in the subsequent institutional-level round for any remaining vacant seats.
Wait for the institutional level round: If you were not allocated a seat in Round 3, you are eligible to participate in the institutional level round, which is conducted by individual colleges for ACAP seats.
