JoSAA Registration 2025 Documents: As per the schedule shared by the Institute of Technology Kanpur, the registration for JoSAA counselling will begin from June 3, 2025, at 5 PM. Candidates who have qualified JEE Main and JEE Advanced can only participate in the counselling process. Document verification is an integral part of the counseling process that candidates must complete carefully.

With the commencement of counselling, candidates must organise their documents, including JEE scorecard, passport size photograph, fee acceptance form, and undertaking of candidates, among others. If any of the uploaded documents are found to be erroneous or inauthentic, the candidate’s seat will be cancelled. Candidates who have successfully cleared JEE Advanced 2025 qualifying marks can take part in JoSAA registration. Here is a list of documents that must be uploaded during counselling:

Provisional seat allotment letter
Two passport-size photos similar to one uploaded during JEE Advanced registration
Seat acceptance fee receipt
Identity proof
Birth certificate or Class 10 admit card
10th and 12th marks memo and pass certificates
Medical certificate
Category certificate
Passport for foreign national candidates
Registration cum locked choices for seat allotment

During JoSAA counselling 2025 certification verification, candidates need to respond to any inquiries raised by the scrutiny officer through the designated online portal within the stipulated timeline otherwise, the allotted seat will be cancelled.
