JEE Main 2026 Registration: The National Testing Agency started the registration for the Joint Entrance Examination on its newly launched website. Candidates who have qualified 10+2 in the science stream are eligible to participate in the application process. The national-level entrance exam is conducted twice a year for admission to top engineering colleges in India. Students qualifying JEE with the required cutoff will get a chance to secure a BE/B.Tech admission to IITs, NITs, and GFTIs.

The application process comprises registering on the portal, filling out the form, fee payment, and uploading documents. Before registration, we recommend that students carefully scan through the eligibility conditions, as applications not complying with any criteria can face rejection. Who Can Register for JEE Main 2026?

Students aspiring to seek admission in engineering courses should go through the eligibility criteria, as it is crucial in determining candidates’ chances of appearing for the entrance.

To appear for the engineering entrance exam, it is essential to qualify 10+2 from a recognized board.
The candidates should have physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology/technical vocational subjects in class 12.
Though there are no marks requirements in class 12, however, those aiming for IITs and NITs should secure at least 75% to be eligible for JEE.

Candidates can register at the portal using their valid email ID and mobile number. Upon successful registration, they can fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
