IIT JAM Application Form 2026 Correction: The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, has extended the deadline for application correction. According to the revised schedule, candidates can edit or modify their application details till November 13, 2025. The online application form correction window was opened on October 31, 2025.
Applicants have been informed regarding the mistakes or errors on their application forms. To make changes to the form, candidates have to log in to the JOAPS portal using their enrollment ID and password. Before correcting details, candidates should read the instructions and learn about the fields that can be edited. Instructions Regarding IIT JAM Application Correction 2026
Applicants should go through the following instructions before proceeding to complete the IIIT JAM Application Form 2026 Correction Process:
- The correction window will be available only for the candidates who have registered and applied by the deadline.
- Candidates must log in to the JOAPS portal to begin editing or modifying the details.
- Some of the editable fields available during the correction window include name, category, gender, test paper, and address.
- If any candidates want to change or add test paper, they must pay INR 900 per paper. For editing the gender field, a fee of INR 300 is required for Group 1.
- Candidates won’t be allowed to modify their registered details, including mobile number and email address.
After correcting errors or modifying details on the IIT JAM 2026 form, candidates are advised to take a printout of the form receipt for future reference.
