Candidates preparing to appear in the Indian Council of Agricultural Research UG/PG/PhD counselling should check the schedule.
According to the ICAR 2025 Counselling schedule, the counselling registration will commence from today, October 14, 2025. Only those who will complete the registration will be eligible for the choice-filling and seat allotment process. But before that, candidates must check the seat matrix to shortlist the colleges. It is important to note that the choice-filling is a one-time process and therefore, candidates make their college preferences wisely.

According to the schedule, there will be five counselling rounds, including one mop-up or final round. Candidates will first complete the registration, then proceed with the choice-filling process, where they will fill their college preferences after going through the seat matrix. Candidates will complete the payment of the counselling fee and upload the required documents.
Based on their merit, category, college preferences, and number of seats available, candidates will be allotted seats. The choice-filling process is one-time. However, for the MOP-UP/Final Round, candidates will be fresh-choice-filling.
