ICAI CA May 2026 Final Registration : The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India began accepting registrations for the ICAI CA on March 3, 2026. The last date to fill out the application form is March 16, 2026 (without late fees), and March 19, 2026 (with late fees). The form correction window will also be made available for the candidates. The window will be active from March 20 to March 22, 2026.
To register for the ICAI CA exam, candidates need to create a login or have to use their existing ID at eservices website. The registration process will be done at the SSP Portal only. The exam will be conducted on May 14, 16, 18, and 20.

The important instructions to register for the CA Foundation exam are given below.
- The candidate will have to generate a login ID on the official ICAI website through a one-time registration.
- Once the candidate is registered, he/she will be allotted a username and password through email. The same will also be shared through an SMS on the mobile number mentioned at the time of one-time registration.
- Candidates can log in through their username and password to access the ICAI CA application form.
- Candidates must provide valid details and fill in every mandatory field. Incomplete forms are likely to be rejected.
- The candidates must pay the application fee through Visa/Master/Maestro Credit/Debit Card.
- After payment of the fees, candidates must download the duly filled form and take a printout of it.
- If the image upload does not appear in the printout, candidates can attach two latest photographs (passport size – 3.5X4.5 cm)– One attested and the other non-attested.
- If the signature does not appear in the print-out of the CA application form, the candidates should sign at the specified places and get it counter-signed by a parent/guardian at the specified place (in any case).
- Candidates must get the ICAI CA Foundation application form attested by a Chartered Accountant, a Gazetted Officer or a Principal of a school/College.
- Candidates will be able to change and upload their photograph and signature on the SSP before submitting the exam form. The form correction window will be opened a day after the form submission closure for this purpose.
