- NEET UG Admit Card 2024
- NEET UG Scorecard 2024
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
- Date of birth certificate
- Transfer certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Photo ID proof
- Payment slip
- Four photographs
- Two self-attested photos in all the certificates
- SC/ST/PH certificate (if required)
