GATE 2025 Prayagraj Exam Centre: Due to the ongoing Mahakumbh at Prayagraj, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, has decided to shift the Prayagraj GATE Exam Centre to Lucknow. Candidates must note that the GATE 2025 Prayagraj Exam Centre is shifted only for GATE Exams scheduled on February 1 and 2, 2025. The GATE 2025 examination at the Lucknow exam centre will be held on the same date.

IIT Roorkee took this decision by considering the concerns received from several candidates expressing their difficulty in reaching the examination centres in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, due to the massive inflow of devotees worldwide. Mahakumbh will conclude on February 26, 2025, Over 45 crore people are expected to attend the once-in-a-lifetime event.
