2. Then, navigate to the image correction section on the homepage
3. Now, follow the guidelines
4. After that, upload the new image
5. Now, review and confirm the image
6. At last, click on 'Save' and download the form for your future reference

• Primary Medical Qualification Certificate (PMQC)
• Apostille/Attestation of PMQC by the Indian embassy concerned
• Eligibility Certificate or Admission Letter
• Proof of Citizenship
