CLAT Exam Day Guidelines 2024: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs), the organizing body of CLAT, has released the important guidelines for the candidates appearing for CLAT exam 2024 on Dec 3, 2023. Candidates can check the revised CLAT exam day guidelines 2024 below.
Guidelines for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Specially Abled Persons (SAPS) with less than 40% impairment have been issued. According to the updated guidelines, a candidate must notify the consortium by uploading the necessary document(s) to their application portal if they want to use a scribe or reader.

CLAT Exam Day Guidelines 2024
Candidates can check the revised CLAT 2024 exam guidelines below.
- The total time provided to PwDs/SAPs in CLAT 2024 candidates will be 40 extra hours, i.e., 2 hours and 40 minutes.
- PwDs/ SAPs aspirants must carry their original Disability Certificate to the Test Centre on the day of the CLAT 2024
- PwDs/ SAPs aspirants who wish to avail of the facility of a scribe must send an email to the consortium in the duly filled proformas.
Candidates must note that until this year, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the consortium has requested that PwDs and SAPs arrange for and pay for their own personal scribe and carefully read the revised CLAT exam day guidelines 2024.
