CLAT 2025 PG Candidates Files Plea in Supreme Court: A plea to stay the CLAT PG results 2025 has been filed at the Supreme Court of India by some candidates of the exam, alleging discrepancies in the provisional answer key that was released earlier. The petitioners that have filed the writ petition in the apex court has noted their concerns with the conduct of the CLAT 2025 on December 1. In their plea, they say that the provisional answer key have atleast 12 answers incorrect and also cite other errors. Moreover, the candidates have questioned the conducting authority's decision to only give a one day window to challenge and raise objections to the CLAT PG Provisional Answer Key 2025.

CLAT 2025 PG Candidates Files Plea in Supreme Court to Stay Result Declaration
The CLAT PG Provisional Answer Key 2025 was released on December 2, the day after the exam. Candidates were given 1 day's time, untill 4 PM on December 3 to submit their objections. Candidate has also raised the issue that inorder to raise obejctions to the 12 wrong answers in the answrer key, a hefty sum of INR 12,000, as the consortium charges INR 1000 per objection. The petition has stated that this is even after charging an exorbitant fees of INR 4,000 as the examination fees.
Another issue that the petitioners have raised is that they were subject to unfair treatment. The allege that while sealed envelop having QB and OMR Response Sheet wass supposed to be given to candidates at 1.50 PM, they were handed it over only after 2:00 PM.
The petition that has been filed by Anam Khan and Ayush Agarwal argue that the discrepancies in the conduct of the CLAT exam has resulted in a violation of their fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21A of the Indian Constitution.
As per the official schedule for the CLAT PG 2025 Exam that was released by the counducting authority, the CLAT PG Final Answer Key 2025 was to be released on December 9 and further, the results were to be announced on December 10. As per the petition this is not enough time for the candidates to challenge the final answer key or seek legal remedies from a court of law. Hence, the petition requests that the result declaration be delayed untill the final answer key is released without any errors.
