According to the notification, the  NEET UG Round 2 Choice Filling 2024 has commenced on September 9, 2024. The last date for CG NEET UG Round 2 Choice Filling 2024 is September 18, 2024. Candidates are advised to complete the web options entry before the due date expires. Candidates must note that the Chhattisgarh NEET UG round 2 counselling will not have a fresh registration. Therefore, only students registered during the Round 1 counselling will be eligible to appear for CG NEET UG Round 2.

1. Visit the official Chhattisgarh NEET UG counselling website - cgdme.admissions.nic.in.
2. Use registered credentials, such as application number and password to log in.
3. Navigate to the Choice Filling or Preference Filling section.
4. Carefully study the updated seat matrix to identify available seats in preferred colleges and courses.
5. Arrange colleges and courses in order of preference based on rank and desired institutions.
6. Enter preferred colleges and courses in the designated fields.
7. Double-check entries for accuracy and submit the choices.
8. Once satisfied with preferences, proceed to the Lock Choices or Confirm Choices section.
9. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your choices. 
10. Print or save a copy of your locked choices for future reference.

Candidates must note that locking the choices is a final step and cannot be changed afterwards. Therefore, candidates must go through the seat matrix before confirming their web options.
