CBSE Compartment Exam 2024 for Class 10, 12: Application Window Expected to Be Opened Soon

CBSE Compartment Exam 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE released the Class 12 and 10 results 2024 today, May 13. Now that the results have been announced, all those students who have been placed in the compartment section in the results must attempt the CBSE Supplementary Exam 2024. The application window for the CBSE Compartment Exam 2024 for both class 10 and 12 will be opened by the last week of May 2024.

As per the official announcement, the 1,32,337 students have been placed in the CBSE Class 10 Compartment 2024 category. As for Class 12, 1,22,170 students have been placed in the CBSE Class 12 Compartment 2024 category. Students are deemed elected eligible to attend the CBSE Supplementary 2024 based on the criteria 

For Class 10 students, they are eligible to apply for CBSE compartment exam if they were unable to pass in 2 subjects. For class 12 students, if they were unable to pass 1 subject they are placed in the compartment category. However, if the students was declared pass by replacing 6th or 7th subject will be allowed to appear in the failed subject. Moreover, a student who has passed Class 10 and Class 12 students may attempt to the CBSE Improvement Exam 2024 to better their performance in 2 and 1 subject respectively.

Furthermore, students will be able to apply for reverification, photocopy of answer book, and revaluation of answer sheets as a concequence of the CBSE's transparent policy.
