CBSE Class 12 English Blue Print 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has scheduled to conduct the CBSE 12th English (core) 2025 examination on March 11, 2025. The CBSE Class 12 English question paper will have questions for 80 marks. The question paper will be further divided into 3 parts. Part A will be regarding reading Skills (22 marks), Part B will have questions on Creative Writing Skills (18 marks), and Part C will have questions on Literature (40 marks). 	Letters – Letters including application for a job with bio-data or resume, and letter to editor. Only one question has to be attempted.	5 marks
	Article / Report Writing – Write a descriptive and analytical article or report in around 120-150 words. Attempt only one out of the two questions.	5 marks
Section C: Literature	Two extracts from poetry from the book Flamingo. Students need to attempt anyone.	6 marks
	Two extracts from prose from the book Vistas. Students need to attempt anyone.	4 marks
	Two extracts from prose from the book Flamingo. Attempt anyone.	6 marks
	Short answer type questions from prose and poetry from the book Flamingo (40-50 words) for 2 marks each. Students need to attempt any 5 out of the 6 questions.	2 x 5 = 10 marks
	Short answer type questions from prose from the book Vistas (40-50 words) for 2 marks each. Students should attempt any 2 out of the 3 questions.	2 x 2 = 4 marks
	One long answer type question from Flamingo (prose/poetry) (120-150 words). Anyone out of the two questions	5 marks
