CBSE 12th 2026 English Answer Key: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to conduct the Class 12th English Exam 2026 today, March 12, 2026, across various centres. As scheduled, the exam will be conducted from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Students are required to report to their respective examination centers by 9:00 AM, as the entry gates will officially close at 10:00 AM.
As per the rules, students will receive a 15-minute reading period from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM to strategise their approach before the writing session begins at 10:30 AM. Soon after the exam concludes, our subject experts will go live with the CBSE 12th 2026 English Answer Key and detailed question paper analysis based on students’ feedback.
According to the CBSE Exam pattern, the class 12th English theory paper will carry a total of 80 marks and is structured into three primary segments: Section A (Reading Skills), Section B (Creative Writing Skills), and Section C (Literature).
This year's pattern continues to emphasize competency-based questions, making up approximately 50% of the paper, including case-based factual passages and analytical literature extracts.
